Our Career Growth Model
At Foci, we believe our strength comes from diversity; not just diversity of individuals, but a diversity of personal experience. We work hard every day to nurture that diversity. We invest in all of our team members by providing them with opportunities to work on consulting, product R&D, and social impact projects in addition to specialized training and coaching. An executive and a senior team member are assigned to each project to ensure that mentorship and coaching is embedded into the project delivery process.
